The Complete Biblical Library - The New Testament Study Bible - Romans-Corinthians

according to https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/catalog this has been produced so far as an eBook, so I wouldn't expect it to have complete and accurate links to scripture references (especially incomplete ones) until it is finalized as a Logos research Edition. This two-step approach of delivering text first (automatically converted from files the FL team could get from WS) and full functionality later has been explained several times.
