No log in allowed on new installation

My PC required I reset it. When I went to reinstall Logos, it refused to allow me to log in. I reset password three times. I can log in here. What gives? Please help!

When you were trying to log in to Logos was your PC online?
This is required for the first time after a new installation.

Yes. How else am I able to post here also being online and logged in with the present password?

IDK, I was forced to reset Windows again in hopes this would alleviate the issue. It appears that this is working. Thanks!
