When accessing this course I rarely get the videos to play at all and if one does play the next almost certainly will not. This error message seems to be my constant companion.

MacOS 11.4 Logos
Logos Bible Software 9.5 SR-1 (9.5.0.0019)
This course - 15 Essential Biblical Texts.
I have followed the steps on the page brought up by 'more information link' to no avail.
I can confirm that I have attempted to download the media. I am not sure how to confirm that it is downloaded.
I am sure that if I knew where to locate the downloaded files I would be able to run the videos in one of the native apps.
Advice on overcoming this problem appreciated.
Information as to where the videos are stored on my machine appreciated.
