Bug - Course videos will not play.

When accessing this course I rarely get the videos to play at all and if one does play the next almost certainly will not. This error message seems to be my constant companion.

MacOS 11.4 Logos

Logos Bible Software 9.5 SR-1 (9.5.0.0019)

This course - 15 Essential Biblical Texts.

I have followed the steps on the page brought up by 'more information link' to no avail.

I can confirm that I have attempted to download the media. I am not sure how to confirm that it is downloaded.

I am sure that if I knew where to locate the downloaded files I would be able to run the videos in one of the native apps.

Advice on overcoming this problem appreciated.

Information as to where the videos are stored on my machine appreciated.

Mike, I am sorry that you have been having this difficulty.

This resource was updated a couple of weeks ago. So we need to make sure that you have the most recent version of this resource and not a previous version.

Please do the following.

Use these instructions to first hide and then unhide this resource.
Quit Logos. Restart your computer.
Use these instructions to again download the videos from this course. Once the videos have finished downloading, you should see that you have the option for “Delete downloaded media”

The instructions say Ctrl-Right-Click / Opt-Right-Click - are you sure you followed that?
