iPadOS Visual Copy Broken?

it used to be that when I used Visual Copy on the iPad, it would show the author  name, and if the author was well known enough like St. Augustine, the suggested background would have the image of the person.

However, when I tried to use it today, for St. Augustine, this is what i got (and yes, it’s fully up to date):

In the past, the resource (CUA’s Fathers of the Church collection) functioned normally.

I don't use this feature often, so I am not an expert. I just tried it on a different Augustine resource which I thought would work... it didn't. I was on my iPhone.

For clarification, however: You must acquire this feature, either through a purchase or a subscription. I have a FC subscription, so should have it. Do you either own the feature or have a current subscription?

I should have it, in that I used it for years to share quotes I thought profound. If FL changed permissions, I’d be a bit annoyed.

I don’t think that is the case. I was just checking to see if you previously had it through a Logos/Verbum Now or Faithlife Connect subscription that you have since let lapse. Those resources are not owned by the subscriber, so s(he) would lose access once the subscription runs out.

Ah, I understand now. No, I took advantage of a trial subscription a few years ago (might have been Verbum 7), but I let it lapse after the trial was over.
