Logos 9 passage guide

When I enter a passage in the "GO" box, and the passage guide comes up, it does not show all of the relevant resources in my library.

For example, it only pulls up a few commentaries, when I have many more in my library.

Journals shows nothing even though I have quite a few relevant journals in the library.

Sytematic theologies shows nothing even though I have systematic theologies that reference the passage.

When I do a word search, only one dictionary shows even though I have multiple dictionaries available.

I'm not sure what's wrong. Logos has always seemed to work fine in the past.

This is the first time I've really worked with Logos 9.

Hi Kevin

Welcome to the forums Kevin - we can often get to the cause of most problems quite quickly.

In this case please tell us which OS you are using and which version of Logos.

It would help if you could use the 'paper clip' or the Orange Thing beside it to post a screenshot of your Library Panel and a screenshot of your Passage Guide panel.

Also just check that you are logged into Logos with the same account as you purchased your resources.

It could be that you don't have all the resources you own downloaded to your computer.

To check this, please open the Library and check the Devices section. Do you see many resources listed as Not on this device (I don't have any!)?
