Need Zoom Feature for Atlas and Media!
Frankly, I'm flabbergasted. I thought with the introduction of Carta and The Sacred Bridge this issue had been met, addressed and resolved. For a software as storied as Logos this is unacceptable. We need support for this basic feature.
This has been an issue for far too long and release of high quality resources with gobs of maps and media should be supported by a reliable viewer with infinite zoom capability and ability to pan around without limitation available across all platforms. How am I supposed to see the image I offer in exhibit below taken from The Sacred Bridge? Is the image a thumbnail for one available elsewhere? I don't know.
Meanwhile, Jesus kept on growing wiser and more mature, and in favor with God and his fellow man.

I'm on L7, so I can't speak to L9. But I was surprised the FL mobiles embraced zooming. I discovered just last week! Surely, L9 isn't behind FL's vaunted mobiles?? (they do have some nice designs)

Well, I thought maybe it's only really new resources. So, I tried the super-old New Bible Atlas. Works (double-tap> Zoom panel):
I don't doubt what you're saying, but L9 has deprecated this feature. FL please bring your full attention to bear on this essential aspect of your program. For those of like mind here is an existing feature request to vote on https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-mobile-app/posts/improve-image-viewing-support

I hope I haven't confused ... I use the L7 desktop ((non-zoomable talents) and 9.4.1 mobile (zoomable; haven't updated for a while). Now, I don't have the L9 full-feature which mentions 'mobile features. What those are, who knows.
Are you sure maybe the iphone size doesn't do zooming? I'm on my ios mini, which has a little more room.
But here's your vote request again (not to get in the way):

Is Pan and Zoom available on the desktop?

Is Pan and Zoom available on the desktop?
According to Beloved, no (I'm on L7).
But a little history ... Libronix ('Libby'; L3) had zoomable images, but apparently it was resource specific. In those days, it was like Judges ... there was no king, and licensees did as they sort of wished. Then, the people begged for a king and L4 was born. But just like Saul, they had to 'go back' and honor the earlier licensee agreements. Which is why 'to this day', some earlier resources support zooming, while later ones don't.
'Judging' from the history, and the Logos map flakey zooming, Logosians looking closer at images is Logos-wickedness (except on mobiles, where it's done quite nicely). Maybe it's the Mobilites?

I don't doubt what you're saying
More to the (mobile) story. My earlier success in zooming was in Biblia 9.4.1. Today, I was in Verbum 9.4.1, and the fairly recent resource had a map! So, I double-tapped it and nothing happened. Over and over.
After much experimenting, Verbum CAN zoom images. But it's a strange trick: you single tap the top of the image. It thinks you want to alter a highlight (the horizontal menu, with color choices). Then you select the 3-dot menu, and cancel it. Then double-tapping the image zooms it.
I don't understand why Biblia is rock-solid on zooming (I tried the same resource in both, and made sure all AA settings are alike, as well as preferences). Best I can see, the Biblia code has to alter the double-tap language to spanish, so the routines are different. And the above trick presumes the image is on a different layer from the text.

How am I supposed to see the image I offer in exhibit below taken from The Sacred Bridge? Is the image a thumbnail for one available elsewhere? I don't know.
It is a thumbnail when it should be a much larger map, similar to the one on p.338 (The Parthian invasion and the escape of Herod 40 BCE).
I right-click it, select Image and then Copy. Pasting into my image viewer/editor reveals a magnificent, scalable map.
I'll create a thread for Kyle to fix this.

I right clicked and sent the image to powerpoint where it opened full size. I then copied it and added a note to the description "The rise of Herod, 40–37 BCE" and pasted the image.

I double-clicked and examined the zoomed details ... right-keyed for the next one. Easy-peasy ... in A-Company. Especially nice with Sinaiticus LXX images too. I'd hate to have to copy/paste page by Bible page.

this is what I'm talking about. Lil'ol Accordance has it, but, we don't. For another example where feature or Kyle is needed is the image Jan Krohn pointed out.

That image has to be fixed to be viewable. Otherwise support the suggestion at https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-mobile-app/posts/improve-image-viewing-support as you mentioned earlier in the thread.

A Company runs rings around Logos and then sine more when it comes to the handling of graphic. While it’s nice to have Carta in FL the implementation lags way behind Lil‘ Ol A Company.

Yes, Dave, I agree. I hope people will begin to see the profit in supporting this feature request.Meanwhile, Jesus kept on growing wiser and more mature, and in favor with God and his fellow man.
