Collections seem to have a bug. I cannot drag & drop a book to my collections - it will not accept it. Likewise, I tried to use the tag:"..." and it would not add the new tag into a specific collection.
Welcome to the forums. The Collections tool seems to be working for me. Are you trying to drag from the Library to the Collection which works or from a resource panel to the Collection which does not work IIRC. Again when adding the tag were you in the Library using the information panel? If you are trying difference methods than I tried, obviously my not reproducing your problem means nothing.
Thanks for noting.
I cannot drag a resource to the appropriate "+ Plus these Resources" and have it accept it nor will the tag:Martin allow Ralph Martin's Word commentary 2nd Corinthians in the list. I have triple checked that I have tagged the said commentary with Martin.
Sorry MJ, didn't answer your question correctly.
I opened the commentary into its own panel and tried to drag the tab to + Plus these resources.
I didn't do anything with the information panel.
Thanks.

Where are you dragging it from?
nor will the tag:Martin allow Ralph Martin's Word commentary 2nd Corinthians in the list
Please show your tagging definition in the resource information pane
You need to drag it from an open Library window

Is the Martin commentary currently downloaded to your computer? (Try opening it to verify.) Only resources that have been downloaded will be visible in the list of resources for the collection, although they will immediately be visible as soon as the resource is downloaded without having to take any additional action.

Yes, thanks, you are correct and it does work that way. I used to able to do this in previous versions so it seems to have changed or maybe my memory is not that good.
However, the tagging is not working on some books and they are downloaded (and have been opened) and in my settings all are set to download to my computer.

Yes, I did open to verify it. There are also other resources I have found that I had tagged that will also not show up in the list unless I manually drag them from the Library as per discussion above. See below the tags of Strauch, Bruce,F.F. and, of course, Martin. The immediate images below are from my library showing the tags and the one at the very bottom is the collection I have called 5 Star. You will note that some of these are not adding via tagging to the collection.
I have double checked all those that have not been added and note that they have all been downloaded to my computer.
I notice that you have a tag called Bruce,F.F. that is part of the search. The comma in that tag may be confusing the search. Likewise, you will need quotes around the last tag because of the space.
You might try changing your search to something like this: tag:Martin, tag:Fee, tag:Hengel, tag:"Bruce,F.F.", tag:Ladd, tag:Strauch, tag:"New Perspective"
Thanks Andrew, you are on to something here for me. I got rid of any commas, periods and spaces in my tagging and it fixed it. Working like it is suppose to.
Thanks to you all that have weighed in to assist me.
