Did The iPad app break
I haven’t removed any of my books from the app. But this morning, when i opened the Verbum app, I was greeted with this. What gives?

They’re reinstalled, but i did lose my “recents”. A bit inconvenient in a 9000+ book library

Jealous all the way around.
The modernized version of the 10th commandment?
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors Logos tier, nor his wi-fi, nor his hardware.

I didn’t know there was a ay to do that with mobile. Probably too late now.

There was an App update. This caused my mobile installs to also redownload all resources that I have previously downloaded (only 300 not 9000)

I guess that explains that then

So, in essence, it had nothing to do with the number of resources previously downloaded.
I also have another faithlife App installed under a different license with only about 40 downloaded resources and it also re-downloaded all resources and reindexed the library.

I guess you solved the mystery then. 👍

I am on vacation and just had chance to update. I am unsure if it actually downloaded everything again, but it appeared so. However, it normally takes me at least 30-45 minutes at home and it was only about 4 minutes. I can’t explain the discrepancy unless the internet was much faster.

If you’re at a hotel, it could be they have a high power internet.

It is my inlaws. I did a speed check after church, and it is twice my speed at home (25 vs. 50 mbps). I am skeptical that the speed of the "download" was actually downloading my resources. I do only have about 40 downloaded, but a few take a LONG time to download normally (i.e. ESV Study Bible).
I sent my logs in to see if someone would respond.
