Dynamic Pricing Error
Hi - There appears to be a dynamic pricing error on the BECNT set....I own 14 of the 18 volumes, but buying the set would be more expensive than buying them individually, even though there should be a bundle discount:
Note that the remaining four volumes are NOT on sale as part of the best commentaries sale, so that can be ruled out.
Who do I contact about looking into this?

Technically, that's not a dynamic error ... even if you don't own a single volume (me), it's the same ... single volumes (total) are cheaper than the set.
And it's not that unusual. Not sure the reason. Then, there's the opposite ... a set being cheaper than just buying 1 volume. Also, not unusual.

DMB - Is it just appearing cheaper to you to buy the individual volumes because some of them are on sale right now with the best commentaries sale, or are you saying it’s cheaper to buy the individual volumes at normal price vs the set? I swore I’d done the math before and the set was cheaper when the individual volumes are full price.

There is no one at FL who will inform you otherwise. You need to decide which volumes of the set you would like to purchase and then contact sales or put them in your cart and purchase them.Jon said:Who do I contact about looking into this?
Using myself as an example, I own all but three resources. But, I already own the first ed. of Romans and it is an excellent resource I would not purchase the second edition. That means I would only be interested in the 2 Corinthians and the Colossians/Philemon resources. My cost would be $114.98 far above what I am willing to pay. Ignore the spurious dynamic sale price altogether.
As for you, it looks like your price should you decide you have interest in the four resources you lack your cost would be $239.96.
