SUGGESTION: Upgrade the Textual Variants Guide section

IIRC When Textual Variants was last upgraded only Brannan, Rick, ed. New Testament Manuscript Explorer. Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2015. existed. So it made sense that the Online Manuscripts section of the Textual Variants was supplied only for the New Testament.
But now we have Brannan, Rick, ed. Hebrew Bible Manuscript Explorer. Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2015. and Brannan, Rick, ed. Septuagint Manuscript Explorer. Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2015. Could the Online Manuscripts section be included for all passages in the Textual Variants?

This seems like an obvious next step. I haven't used this feature, but I might be more inclined to try it out if it covered the OT and LXX.
Question: Is there a tool that runs English/OL interlinear comparisons of the MT & LXX in parallel? If not, what is the best way of building such a thing in a dedicated layout?

To the best of my knowledge there is no interlinear comparison. I need to mull over how to answer the rest of your question as I do have a related layout ...

What I am envisioning, and would completely wear out if it were available, is a dedicated parallel of the MT and LXX that not only includes real English interlinear text (NOT RI), but also a systematic hyperlink mechanism for listing and discussing known textual variants (DSS, LXX variants, etc.), plus includes a system for recognizing both acknowledged prophetic fulfillments and NT quotes and allusions. I would also like for there to be a right-clickable dynamic that allows any LXX word that is used in the NT to provide a list of all verses where that Greek word is used in the NT.
To be clear, I'm not looking for a word-for-word parallel of the MT and LXX (I think Tov has something like that already in Logos, which I don't find useful), but rather a verse-by-verse side-by-side interlinear comparison. Also, this would need to be a dedicated resource rather than just a layout, so that it could be used in conjunction with other layouts for search and study.
