Copying Anchor from One Note to Another

Is there an easy way to copy anchor from one note to another? In this case, the anchors are based on text selections, so not simple to re-create all of them.
I tried dragging and dropping the anchors, but this doesn't appear to work.

I don't think there is a way to copy the anchors.
It seems like you also cannot duplicate a whole individual note, but you can duplicate a whole notebook. Might be a possible workaround, but only worth it, if the note has several anchors.
