Are those bibles morphologically tagged? The BWS tool can only work when there is a link between the text and the underlying original language so that Logos knows how the Greek and Hebrew words were translated into the respective bible - typically this connection is made with morphological tagging, such as exists in a Reverse Interlinear.

中文聖經新標點和合本(上帝版) (繁體)The Holy Bible: Traditional Chinese Union Version (Shangti Edition) (CUNP) has Reverse Interlinear:
Logos 9 Chinese Bronze Features include three Chinese Revere Interlinear Bibles
Logos 9 Chinese Silver Features include four Chinese Reverse Interlinear Bibles

I think I have the bible
that may be, but you don't seem to have the reverse interlinear (RI) for that bible - in your screenshot it is lacking the aleph/omega-icon for the RI, which you will find e.g. in the ESV

I think I have the bible but it still doesn't list out on the word study side. Do I need to somehow set it up?
The "reverse interlinear" (also called by the abbreviation "RI") is a separate resource, but not a "book" you can open from your library. The purchase of the Bible typically does not come with the "reverse interlinear," but is a separate purchase. Do THESE show as owned? I know nothing of these particular resources. For English Bibles, the "reverse interlinears" are typically a separate purchase OR can be acquired through a "Faithlife Connect" subscription (rental).

Indeed....I finally figure this out with the customer support....I need to buy it separately rather than which bible I owned.....
I feel this is too complex for consumer....of course Logos can make more money if they sold it separately

For Reverse Interlinear (RI) purchase, suggest Logos 9 Chines Starter => https://www.logos.com/product/195614/logos-9-zhong-wen-ru-men-ban whose Feature Set Resources include Two RI's for Chinese Bibles (along with other Chinese resources).

I have Logos 9 Bronze (or Silver? can't really remember...) but it's English version, probably that's probably why I need to pay for the Chinese version separately.
Since I have interlinear for pretty much all English bibles, it makes me confused why a such basic feature was sold separately

Ya, and that's probably they all bundle together in Bronze or Silver package from the get go....so I never aware the separation of them.

Yes. Or, as I mentioned earlier, they can be acquired via a "Faithlife Connect" subscription. I don't know if that would make good financial sense or not for you in your particular situation.

Hi David, this is Yawen from Logos Chinese team. I'm sorry for the confusion! I've seen you having added CUNP and Interlinear CUNP. You should be able to use them in your Logos now! Should you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact me or email to chinese@faithlife.com, or post on Chinese forum.
Again, I'm sorry for the trouble and happy to assist you however I can.

Hi Yawen, yes...I can start using the Interlinear feature in CUNP.
I probably a more edge case of your customer base. Since I have lived and studied seminary in US, so I feel comfortable enough to read and write in English. So I decided to get Logos in English version (at that time I think Logos didn't even have Chinese version as an option).... as time goes by, now I'm serving a Mandarin group in a church, so I often need to compare the Chinese text.
That's why I was under the impression my Logos package should be able to give me Interlinear for Chinese bible....because 1. I have them in many English bibles 2. I have couples of Chinese bibles, without noticing to get Interlinear for Chinese bible is separated from owning Chinese bibles.
Anyway, it's all good now. Thank you for the response. Peace~
