Search for a word on a certain position in sentence
Is there a way to find all occurrences of ‘Kai’ on a certain position in a sentence? In Acts 28:28 the word Kai is the second word of the sentence. How can I find more of sentences like these?

Did you have the correct resource - Cascadia Syntax ... If that isn't it, please post a screen shot of the syntax search screen.

Yes, I have. I will send later a screenshot. The difference I see is that the arrows above are dotted, but on my screen not.

The dotted lines are important. They indicate that matching skips levels has been selected for each word. This instructs the search to ignore everything higher up in the tree structure and, in this case, just focus on the two words that appear first and second in the sentence but without matching a particular syntactic structure
They are enabled in the General section of the definition for the word and this needs to be selected for both of them

Also, not as critical, but you can consider selecting Highlight this term in results. A red border will ring Word2 on your graph. This will highlight kai in your results.Graham Criddle said:Patrick Rietveld said:Yes, I have. I will send later a screenshot.
