Is there a way to find all occurrences of ‘Kai’ on a certain position in a sentence? In Acts 28:28 the word Kai is the second word of the sentence. How can I find more of sentences like these?

The dotted lines are important. They indicate that matching skips levels has been selected for each word. This instructs the search to ignore everything higher up in the tree structure and, in this case, just focus on the two words that appear first and second in the sentence but without matching a particular syntactic structure
They are enabled in the General section of the definition for the word and this needs to be selected for both of them
