Translators Notes in Personal Book Bibles?

What is the appropriate format to create/include translator notes in a Personal Books Bible? I assume this would be done using fields (field on field off), but if this is the case I'm not aware of the proper format for translators notes. Any help and with this and examples would be greatly appreciated.
