"Please verify that you are not working offline."
I get this message when I've downloaded course videos (specifically Gundry's New Testament Introduction.
I'm not working offline. I have a very fast connection (500+ mbs). I can stream without issue, but I can't play downloaded videos. The videos have completely downloaded; there is no "Cancel Download" option, but there is a "Delete Downloaded Media" option.
I'd really like to have these downloaded, since I'm not always in a place with decent internet.
I'm using a Mac; where can I find them stored on my computer? I've looked in the Logos4 folder in my library, but I can't find the videos in the Resources folder.
