Notes Export Has No References, Tags, or Page Numbers
I noticed this today while searching for a way to export my Logos Notes into a Markdown format: notes that are printed/exported (e.g., to an RTF document) do not appear to include references to the noted material. It includes the selected quote but not its source. A helpful change would be to include this material in an export. Here's an example from a Notebook of mine called "Scripture". It is exported from 2 Cor 1:15. The "Woodenly" portion begins my own comments.
Is there a way to export a note's or notes' tags and reference links (and preferably page numbers!) with the noted material?

export my Logos Notes into a Markdown format
Hi Taylor, did you ever get a working method to convert Logos Notes to Markdown format? I'm looking to export Notes and Clippings soon, and don't really want to have to do it using repeated copy and paste.

With a couple of SQL database dumps and a bash script I created, I have been able to convert most of my notes over to Markdown files. I don't use all the notes features possible (e.g., symbols, colors), so I didn't try preserving everything, but I have been able to preserve everything except for quoted text. (I run Logos on Linux, fwiw.)
If I had the time, I could update the script to do a find and replace on anchored/quoted resources, taking the Logos ID of a resource from one database and swapping the ID with the Logos resource's title in my notes files. That would at least let me know what resources I was citing. If I had tons of free time, I could probably convert the Logos databases system for Bible chapter and verse to the actual book, chapter, and verse. This would not be smooth for selections that cross chapter/verse boundaries. But, again, the main issue here is losing the actual quoted text. The way Logos handles these quotes in the DB makes it to where you can't retrieve it, except manually.
The script is a bit of a hot mess at the moment; I got each part of the process working with the intent of cleaning it up at a later time. I've exported my notes in tests, and only as tests, not into my working directories. I haven't yet exported my notes, but I have the foundation stones laid for doing so. My exports would preserve my thoughts, but not their contexts.

I've worked a little with SQL databases in the past, but I'm not well enough acquainted with how to navigate and extract data to be able to do what you're doing. The issue of compatibility of user's notes (or other data) between applications is increasingly becoming a topic of discussion, with Markdown being a preferred format. However, I'd prefer to have more style formatting than Markdown allows, such as to note how an author's original text was formatted, often not just in plain text.
One way I might try to do it is to export to some form of text or Word file, and then use a script (probably VBA in Word, which I'm quite familiar with) to iteratively convert each note or clipping into a markdown file, keeping the Logos resource link url in the process (dropping most if not all of the other links). That's not the best way, but it's about all that I can do on my own. I could then import them quite easily into a Markdown program such as Logseq, I expect. However, that might be far more difficult in practice than in theory. Correlating the resources in Logos which had previously exported into Zotero might not be easy either, if at all possible, other than manually linking them.
From another thread last week regarding Clippings, I found out that if the citation style is set to Harvard then the citation reference shows the page numbers, while it doesn't with SBL. That helps a little.
