Logos 8 Won't Open
Logos 8 crashes when I start up (up to date Windows 10 laptop with decent specs). I've been using Logos for a little over a year and haven't encountered this problem before.
It was suggested that I hold down control at the start and get logs, or use a different layout/interface, but holding down control seems to do nothing. I sometimes get the logos spash screen upon startup, but other times nothing happens when I open it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the program and that doesn't seem to have helped either. It was working fine last week and I don't think I've changed anything software or driver-wise. I've looked in the task manager and it doesn't appear like any logos program is running at all.

Logos Help Center (LHC) has Desktop Support articles, which includes:

- Logos crashes after being open a short period of time | Windows
- How to Enable and Submit Log Files
If support articles do not fix crash, suggest creating a new thread in Logos 9 Desktop App that includes diagnostic log files.

While restarting the computer wasn't helping before. I installed some windows updates and restarted the computer, and when I tried Logos again, it opened right up. I don't know if something got stuck or if some cache got cleared. But it's working now! [:)]
