Recover sermon version?
I am working on a sermon in the sermon editor. I closed down for the day, came back, and half the sermon has disappeared. It isn't even the part that was more recently worked on, so I don't know what happened. And now, the affected version has synced to the cloud, affecting all devices. Is there any way to revert to previous versions of a sermon document?

Same question. It looks like I've deleted a huge paragraph in sermon editor when I removed the accompanying graphic next to it with the multimedia tool. Can I revert to a previous version of my sermon to copy and recover that text? Thanks!

I'm afraid this is not possible in the app at the moment - unless Ctrl-Z will recover it but that only works while you are still editing it
Otherwise the only possible option I can think of it contacting customer services - https://www.logos.com/contact - and see if they can help

Ctrl/Cmd + Z should work in this scenario.
We're in the final stages of building revision history for sermons. I expect we'll ship it in the next month or two.

In case you missed it, version history is now available to test on the Logos web app. Check it out, and let us know what you think.

I just check the web version and found the version history, but for some reason, it went from saving like every minute to not saving for 2 hours and I just lost 2 hours of writing my sermon. Boooo

Shala,
Were you doing your initial work on this sermon on the desktop app or the web app? Also, if you try to pull the sermon up on your desktop app, what do you see? Do you see any sync errors?
Thanks for this information as we look into the situation.

Is it possible to specifcally save a particular version of a sermon (eg. name it / star it) before going down a different major revision / fork / tidying up process? Right clicking on previous versions doesn't do anything.

My recommendation would be to go into Sermon Manager, find the sermon you are working within, right click on it and select "Duplicate" to make an extra copy of it. The duplicated version will copy over the contents but not bring over the same revision history.
What you've brought up though would be a great future enhancement to this feature and I will be adding it to a list for consideration.
