Popup windows font too large

Starting two days ago when I hover over a footnote, note, or resource tab, the size of the popup window is very large.

The problem is consistent throughout Logos--all resources, with the exception that it does not occur in the Logos Programs Setting.

Only happens on external monitors.

Any recommendations on a solution?

Logos 9.6.0.0024
On Windows 10 PC

What is "scaling" set to? What is the monitor resolution?

In Logos the scaling in 100%

Windows display font scaling is the recommended 200%

Screen resolution is 2736x1824 on laptop, external monitors are set at 1920 x 1080.

It turned out we have a case for this bug and I've added a link to this thread.

@Philana Crouch I realize this is an old thread, but I have this issue as well, again only on external monitors. Was there ever any fix for it?

Windows font scaling at the recommend 200% on the laptop screen, recommended 100% on the external monitor
