Help installing logos
Hi all,
I installed logos on a new computer, while downloading the resources it crashes to desktop, the logs show the following:
Error ID: 3722
Error detail: FormatException: The string 'bible+lxx2.40.1.1-41.16.25' has an invalid format
Same thing happens when trying to open Logos holding control. Straight after signing in it CTD again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which specific operating system are you running on? Does the app stay open long enough for you to verify which specific version of the app?

No it isn't open long enough for me to see the specific version of Logos, although I know it is Logos 9, I downloaded the installer today from logos.com and ran it like I usually do.

Was a logos.log file created?
If so, please upload it in a reply to this thread using the paperclip icon.
I wouldn't have expected the error you mentioned to cause the app to crash and, if so, the log file should provide more information

The error log shows many SQL errors - are you sure that you are installing with the correct permissions?
