Resources syncing for over a week
Last Saturday (Aug. 14, 2021), I purchased Donald Grey Barnhouse's set on Romans. Of course, upon opening Logos 9, it immediately began syncing.
However, today (Aug. 21, 2021), I still cannot use the resource in my Desktop App. It still shows syncing!!! I can access and use it on the iPad Pro app, but not my Desktop.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue?
Thanks for any input.

Please explain what you mean by "still syncing" - a screenshot would help.
But provide some logs - upload the zipped folder via the paperclip icon.

I have not had this issue. If I did the first thing I'd try is closing Logos, rebooting the computer, and opening it again. Have you tried this?

The resources for D.G. Barnhouse are still syncing on my desktop app, and it has been since Saturday night, August 14. See the spinning wheel icons in the screenshot.
It may be my failing memory Marty but I don't recall ever seeing a display like the one you attached.
As a test I opened my library pane and searched out the Barnhouse set which I own but have not downloaded yet. I have a new Mac mini and opted for one of the smaller installations.
I chose a couple of the volumes - the library told me that they were not downloaded so I downloaded them in a couple of seconds and they indexed for a couple of minutes and that was that.
So I have to ask, in what circumstances are volumes required to 'Sync' on the desktop?
If I were scratching about for a way forward I would see if it was possible to hide them and then re-download them.

Do you have plenty of free disk space on the disk you are using for Logos resources?
And, as per Dave’s request, please upload logs from your system

I am not sure what "logs" are being requested. If you can clarify, it would be appreciated.
Also, I am running a M1 MacBook Pro with 8-gig RAM and a Terabyte Solid State drive.
Thanks Again,

https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files describes how to enable and collect log files.
Please enable logging and then start Logos, let it run for a short time, stop Logos and upload the resultant logs in a reply to this thread (use the paperclip icon to upload logs)
