Logos 9 does not start
Hi All,
I am using the german version of Logos 9. But today after the installation of the latest update it does not start again. It shows the Logo and then that the library is being prepared, then it stops and thats it. I have also checked for any missed Windows 10 updates but all seems fine. Restarting of my PC or running the app as admin had also no effect. The logs are attached.
It would be great if someone can help

Hi Thomas,
the logs show an issue with the Logos database file and other files that are part of the SQLite database your Logos runs on. Could it be that either the drive E:\ you're running Logos on has issues, or your Logos database was open from another program (some people try to run two Logos installations on one resource database, or look into Logos things with a SQL database program - both of which is not encouraged).
What is drive E:\ - an internal or external HDD/SSD/SD-Card? How is it formatted?

Hi Mick,
it is an internal HDD drive and formatted with NTFS. So far I have no issues with other things running on it and no I did not try to open multiple Logos sessions or messing around with SQL.

Try deleting the folder E:\Logos\Data\2xr2yni2.ig5\AtlasManager

Many thanks Dave, that did it I have deleted the folder and could download and install the updates without any issues.
