Exporting and skipping to Highlights

Hello,
Would you be so kind as to remind me how to
1.) Jump (Tab?) from highlight to highlight in a selected resource (book)
2.) Export all highlights from the said book...

I can help you with the first one:

- Make sure you are showing the "locator bar" in the resource.
- Change the dropdown box to "annotation"
- Use the arrows to navigate from note to note
