Hmmm.
I'm not sure about Harnack ... she uses more recent information, especially late 2nd Temple.
But the argument would be stronger, is she did pattern matching with Priscilla's other writings (none), as is done with the Paulines (poor match), Clement (close match), and others.
But apparently, she's also contributed to IVP volumes, etc.
Much better in my opinion is David Allen's PhD thesis on the Lukan authorship of Hebrews.
