Empty Sermon Document
Yesterday, I was working from home and had completed a third of my sermon within the Sermon Builder document. When I finished, I closed the desktop app as I normally do, continued to work on my computer for a while and then shut it down for the night.
When I went to use my office computer this morning, I fired up the software, but the sermon document was empty. I double-checked that I wasn't accidentally editing a different sermon document.
Is there any way to recover the missing writing? I am guessing that it must not have synced properly.

I'm sorry you ran into this issue Andrew.
Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.
If you could tell us the name of the sermon you were working on that exhibited this issue it would be very helpful in our investigation.

I had the same issue and DUPLICATED my Sermon that looked blank. The new version had all my stuff. I then rebooted Logos and the original document information was back.

Was this resolved? I had a similar issue last night losing about 1000 words from my recent sermon.

Thanks for the information; it will be helpful in figuring out what happened. We are currently investigating potential solutions to stop this from happening in the future.
You should be able to retrieve (and restore) the sermon's lost content via the new revision history feature in the Logos web app's version of the sermon builder.

I can't guarantee it will work in your specific case, but based on the shape of your sermon's data it is likely to work.0 -
That works great. I was able to retrieve my lost words. Although in this case, I had already written what was missing for this past Sunday. But it is reassuring to know if I run the same problem in the future I can recover what was lost.
thank you very much.
