This looks very strange and I can't reproduce it.

But the results I get are slightly different and this made me wonder exactly what version of Logos you are running.

    Please check and advise.

    Hi Graham,

Thanks for replying -  here is the info you requested:

It looks as though you don't have a Logos 9 feature set - and the Important Passages section required Bronze or higher.

I have no idea if that is relevant to what you are seeing - hopefully someone else will have more insights.

I believe that the pop-out text comes from your preferred Bible, but the displayed text may come from your most preferred Bible that has a reverse interlinear. It may be that you don't own the reverse interlinears for NIV1984. You can confirm this by opening the NIV1984, selecting the information option from the panel menu, and scrolling down to the Support Info section. If you own the reverse interlinears, you will see three sets of information there, but without, you will only see one (for LLS:1.0.10):

    LLS:1.0.10
    2020-12-14T20:41:50Z
    NIV.logos4

    RVI:NIVNT
    2020-12-14T20:30:16Z
    NIVNT.lbsrvi

    RVI:NIVOT
    2020-12-14T20:30:16Z
    NIVOT.lbsrvi

If you want access to the reverse interlinears, go to this page and scroll down to the section titled "This title is included in the following collections". This will provide a list of purchase options that will get you what you need.

I did think about that but see where my testing was flawed!

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for replying- that was it! the interlinear I have is the the Lexham English bible, not the NIV.

I really appreciate the help - you too Graham!
