ESV & NKJV not searching

Please I have this issue with my logos 9:

1. My ESV and NKJV bibles always return null when they are meant to return search results. This means my visual filters fail to work when ESV or NKJV is the search bible version even though I have a permanent licence to use them. Other bible translations (including KJV, CSB, and LEB) are just working fine.

The strange thing is that when I search online, they (ESV & NKJV) function just fine.

What could be responsible?

Welcome to the forums. Visual filters are controlled via the 3 balls icon. Are they requested filters differend in the three balls list for the ESV and NKJV than they are of the KJV, CSB, and LEB?

The cursor (arrow head) points to the 3 balls (visual filter icon) ... a small portion of the options are shown in the screen shot. Are the checkmarks all the same? Visual filters, highlights, etc. do not show unless they are on i.e. checked.

Thanks for your effort.

I know how to use visual filters. All these work well with the other Bible versions but ESV and NKJV.

No option to select visual filters, the small arrow beside the Visual Filters does not show anything when ESV and/or NKJV is used in the desktop version. This is different in the online version, it works well.

You can see that with ESV, the visual filters are unavailable unlike when NRSV is used as seen in the image below.

Does this happen when you use Bible Search? Provide an example of what you are searching for.

Do you mean these Visual Filters?

Do you see your VF's? If not, click the box next to Visual Filters.

1. This happens when I search (e.g. law AND prophets) anything in the bible versions

2. The visual filters are not available in the said Bible versions, the VF box is present with no visual filters.
