Preaching Suite Essentials - 90% price drop
Hi, this is just something I randomly noticed.I purchased the Preaching Suite Essentials sometime in June 2021 for about $160 (after dynamic pricing). However, now it seems that the Preaching Suite Essentials cost $20 (reg. price). This includes both the Features and the Resources. The Preaching Suite Standard costs $220 (reg. price). Am I missing something?

Welcome to the forums. I suspect the $20 is your dynamic pricing charge not the initial price. I would have to see a screen shot of what you are seeing to verify this as my library undoubtably differs from yours.

Confirming the statement made by MJ the "Dynamic Pricing" you're seeing reflects the features and resources you already own and vary by individual libraries. Hope that makes sense. Welcome!

Thanks for the response. I purchased the Preaching Suite Essentials, so the dynamic pricing should be zero, right?
Anyway here's the screenshot. If I click on Preaching Suite Essentials, it says "You Already Own This Product."

I guess it was just a weird glitch in dynamic pricing calculation. Thanks for the responses.

I see the same prices you do, but I own one of the packages as well and if I click the button to add to cart, I get the message one or more products were removed from your cart because you own it. I see a few tines on sale items. It’s a glitch in the system.

Tharsis, you are correct, your dynamic price should be zero because you already purchased the essentials package; unless they added something extra that wasn’t included originally. It’s happened a couple of times in the past. Or as someone pointed out, maybe it’s a glitch in the website. Call or use the chat box to let them know about the problem.
