Web App erroring out on Safari

Doesn't appear that my snip was picked up here in my post, so replying with the error text:
Safari can't open the page. The error is: "The operation couldn't be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.)" (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.)Thanks.

Thanks for your report. Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce the issue. Can you provide more details like the version of Safari you're using and the platform and OS version you're on. Is it site wide or is there a specific page or action that triggers the error. If site wide are you launching to a layout or the homepage.

I haven't been able to use the web app on Safrai for over a year and have to switch to chrome if I'm using it. It goes into a redirect loop and won't open. It does this whether or not I am signed in.
I've shared a screen recording here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zuueNaIjdetDd-eUSVeX4kwrKrGYMGxR/view?usp=sharing
Safari Version 15.0 (16612.1.29.41.4, 16612)

It works for me, but in your screen recording it is trying to open... https://app.logos.com
Try just going to app.logos.com
I have tried multiple variants. Your suggestion would just default to http which would then be redirected to https by the server anyway. I accessed the site using the button on the logos website to ensure that I was following the route preferred by faithlife themselves. Whatever you enter it has to be directed to auth.faithlife.com to check the login anyway

It is certainly odd.

If I type app.logos.com into Safari on my iMac it opens this URL
https://app.logos.com/books/LLS%3ANWDCTTH2NDED/headwords/Wesleyan%20Quadrilateral
If I type it on my iPhone it opens
If I type it on my iPad it opens
who'd of guessed it?
There does seem to be quite a bit of advice on the web for dealing with the 'more than 20 redirections' message.

Sure, workarounds but this shouldn't happen and so is a bug that needs reporting

And just like that, mine is back to working again. Sean, hope yours fixes at some point in a similar fashion. Take care all, and thank you for the replies.

Absolutely, and thank you for that.
The curious thing here is that we don't see any errors on our end for this issue, which makes me wonder if something is wrong with the data Safari has cached for you. Could you try using a Private Window in Safari, and see if you get the same behavior? If it works in Private Window, but not in normal windows, I'd suggest clearing your cached data -- go to Preferences -> Privacy -> Manage website data -> filter to faithlife.com, faithlifecdn.com, logos.com, and logoscdn.com, and remove the data for these sites.

Happened to me on chrome today as well

I'm currently dealing with same problem on Chrome. It was working for me around 11:45 CST and then, when I refreshed, none of my resources would load.

I try it with Firefox but the same problem. I seems tobe a problem with the faithlife server.
