Can I add an image or picture to Notes at a selected part of a verse?
I want to add a picture of the Temple compound to Notes at Matthew 4:5.
How can I do this? Is it possible in Notes?

What feature set do you have? Looking at the features chart I don't immediately see why you wouldn't have it.

Are you working offline? The icon goes away when you're working offline because the feature requires the internet to work. Go into your settings and set "Use Internet" to yes and it should come back.

FYI...This requires you to restart Logos.

Here's what mt preferences looked like:
After re-selecting "Use Internet" "YES" it asked me to restart the program.
I did so, and the icon in question is still absent.

I believe you need the Insert Media in Notes capability - https://www.logos.com/product/197448/insert-media-in-notes
This requires at least the Starter feature set. Did you get a Logos 9 base package higher than Basic?

We can see the problem now. You have a Logos 8 library with a Logos 9 BASIC feature set. This add picture to notes feature was new with Logos 9 and you have to pay for an upgrade to get that feature. It doesn't come free with Logos Basic.
If you bought a Logos 9 Gold package you should have it, so you need to call customer service. If you merely downloaded Logos 9 Basic then you won't have it.

In the mean time, I clicked on the hyperlink "Get a Logos 9 feature set" and it went to a page that listed what I owned versus the additional $203 it would take to upgrade. Is there a cheaper way to get that Notes feature added to what I already own? Or will I have to pay $203 for that feature and the additional resources included?

That's really a question for Logos Sales as they will know what you already own and can take that into account when looking at options.
One possible option is to take out a Faithlife Connect subscription - details at https://connect.faithlife.com/pricing - where you pay a monthly amount to get access to a range of features and resources. Again Sales would be able to advise what level is required to get access to this feature (the feature list doesn't seem to show it for some reason)
