Tip: Incorrect Linking? Just Scroll A Bit
Well, a nice holiday as autumn encroaches on our hot Arizona summers.
And so, another episode in the saga of mobile misbehaviors is recommended. In the screen copy below, we've highlighted the word 'Matthew' on the line above a Bible reference. Instead of recognizing indeed, my selection, it jumps another line, to offer me the Bible reference (open, etc). It's a historic bug (years), but my first in spanish.
Now, here's the key. Scroll just a hair. Then, it gets my choice correctly. I can not even imagine how that error is coded!
As an added bonus tip, the prepub resource below was being daily-bumped-forward (they automate bumping). And so, it's always about to ship. I accidentally discovered, it's already buyable, so I bought it. But on my prepubs, it's still happily bumping along.

Very carefully? [:s]
I <think> I have seen this before... and it is longstanding. I have noticed from time to time instances where my "selection" seems to be one thing, but it ends up being something above or below it.
For troubleshooting purposes, does it persist if the resource is downloaded or "in the cloud?" What about if you change the size of the text? It would be nice for FL to fix it... [:s]

This is also something that happens from time to time... not sure why. Does your pre-pub say FLEB or Logos?
ATTN FL: You might have users who have pre-ordered resources, who are waiting for said resources, for items which are already "live." Might be interesting to look into. [;)]

Regarding scrolling/selecting, I'm not sure of cloud-based ... I rarely use. My guess is hardware ... he (I assume ... lady coders are more careful!) has some routines that are screen-informed, some not, and some not interlinear/hebrew-font aware. I'd bet the coding is layers of this and that.
I figured out another coding location, where he doesn't set the focus correctly, and so highlighting stops.
Regarding pre-pubs, I really don't undersrand what could be happening. I checked this AM, and the FLEB is still prepub but yesterday's ship. I assume the auto-date-bump stops, but can't correct the failed prepub-ship. No ship- email, though I already finished reading it.

May I suggest that this behavior is by design? It prevents errors/crashes if you have synced resources that don't have complete Bible, for example:
- English translation, synced with
- Hebrew OT, synced with
- Greek NT.
The resource that cannot match the English translation will not scroll. It just waits for a reference that matches when you scroll.
