Visual Copy

I'm on Logos 8 for Mac (8.10.0.0032) and when I highlight a verse, right click, and select visual copy, a window pops up, but there is nothing in that window. It is completely blank. I have used visual copy a lot in the past but it has been several months since I last used it. I'd simply like to be able to use it again.

Visual copy utilizes the Media tool. Therefore it is internet dependent. Do you have a good internet connection.

There have been issues in the past with the media server. It is possible that is the problem.

One additional thing to check is that you don’t have anything blocking your connection to the media server

Has this been resolved? I have to try seven or eight times before the Visual Copy tool begins to work. This has been a consistent problem for me since about April, 2021. I use Visual Copy weekly too.

Can you give me an example of what resource and what part of the resource you are trying to create a Visual Copy slide? Also, can you reproduce the bug and post your logs? You can find instructions in my post signature.
