Resource (book) download fails
I recently purchased Lexham Press's excellent Reading the Bible as Literature by Leland Ryken. All the resources downloaded fine except Sweeter than Honey. My Logos app (9.4, on Windows) keeps saying "Downloading" when I view the preview of this book, but the download never ends. I've tried using "Cancel download" in the library, but nothing changes except that I can now "Cancel removal". I've re-started the app. Still no success. Any solutions?

I've been having the same problem with downloads of newly purchased resources (I have Logos set to not download them automatically). It must be a problem on Faithlife's end since you're having the same issue with 9.4 as I'm having on 9.8. I noticed it after 9.8 and assumed it was the update but maybe not.
I have had luck with clicking download on the resource and then typing "Update resources" in the Go box. After that, I get a blue notification that tells me I have xx amount of MB to download. I click on that and the resources download and index with no problem.
