download stuck
i am trying to download the collectors edition to my computer and it's stuck. several books just show still downloading and have been that way for hours. The sync says all books up to date. Can some help me with this issue please

The Sync button will state ".....and all items are up to date", but it does not apply to books. In Library, if you right clicked the books you are expecting and it shows "Downloading...." then please check the following preferences in Tools > Program Settings:
.If the second option is "NO", then you have to allow the download in the Notification area at the top of the Logos window, or allow it by clicking the solid blue circular icon that appears next to the Sync button. The other options have to be set = "Yes".
.If the second option is like this, be sure that the time range is correct!

done all this but they are still showing downloading.

Please provide some logs. Upload the compressed zip file using the paperclip icon.
