Help: My most recent purchase will not finish downloading
I purchased Biblical Hermeneutics yesterday and on my Mac it will not finish downloading. I checked my app on my iPad and it downloaded to my Logo app there, but I cannot get it to finish downloading to my desktop app. Is there a way I can restart the download?

Try entering "update now" in the "Enter passage or search" box at the top-left of the home screen. Does that resolve the issue?

I purchased Biblical Hermeneutics yesterday and on my Mac it will not finish downloading.
Are you sure that the resource is actually trying to download? If so, kill the app, restart the computer, and see if that fixes it. You can also right click the resource in the library and choose "remove download."
However, there is something else you should check. The current default behavior is for resources NOT to automatically download. It is possible, without you being aware, that you don't have your installation set up to automatically download all resources.

I am having similar issues as well. I removed the download (mind you, it kept saying downloading and spinning its little circle of fun) and tried to download again, only to get same continuous downloading.

It may be helpful to create a new thread, provide specifics on OS and App versions, and provide logs.
