Blank Sermon Editor

I have been for a while having an issue with the Sermon Editor. There are times when I am typing in the editor and walk away and my computer goes to sleep that when I wake it up, the sermon editor is blank and I have to close it and open the document again and all the information is there. As you can imagine this is very annoying and I have asked on several occasions for this to be looked into and no one from faithlife has even acknowledged, on this forum, my issue and all the susequent updates have not addressed and fixed this problem. I'm sorry to hear about this. Please let me know what version of Logos you are running and also what type of computer you're on. This is not something that I'm currently aware of being a known issue, so I'd like to get as much information as possible so we can look into this further.

Another thing...

If you see this happen again, try something for me prior to you closing the document and reopening it. Instead, try resizing the Logos app slightly. To be clear, what I mean by that is to put your mouse cursor at the upper corner of the Logos program and make it either slightly smaller or larger. This will force the panels within the program to re-size themselves and I'd be curious if your content then shows up or not. Just trying to get to the root of the issue and getting this information will help us determine more about it.

Also, have you ever seen this happen in any other areas of the Logos desktop app like Factbook, Notes, etc.?

Hey Austin, resizing did not fix this. I resized the document and walked away and the computer went to sleep and when I woke the computer up, the document was blank and I had to open it again.

Instead, right when you notice the blank document, re-size the Logos app and/or document right then. I'm curious re-sizing it right after it goes blank will allow the text to reappear without you having to close it out and re-open.

That did not correct the problem either. In fact, sometimes I bring my computer up again and sometimes the sermon editor is blank and other times, the words are there but the have been blown up three times the size. Not sure what is going on here.

Okay, thank you for the update. I can tell you that our developers are looking into this so I hope to have a fix available fairly soon. In the meantime, I do apologize for the inconvenience.
