Weird behavior when FLOATING Favorites Panel

When my favorite panel is docked it is fine, but when I float the panel the Tab label does a weird grow/shrink repeatedly -- see screen capture for example. https://www.screencast.com/t/OpvqD44gw9A

    I do something similar with favorites, but only have two tabs open.  i do not see this behavior. If you close one or more tabs does it contInue to bounce?  

    I sometimes wish there was a way to rename a tab - either temporarily or permanently.  For example, I would prefer to have Bible translations display their abbreviations rather than their full name ("CSB" rather than "Christian Standard Bible"). This might also be a way for LOGOS to correct the problem.

    In Library, give resources a "Short title" (or change the existing one).

    I have the Short Title set, but how do I get the Short Title to display in the tab above the resource rather than the full title?
