BUG: Full Screen Mode (macOS 12.0.1)

OK, probably not really a bug, but a long standing irritation which has been discussed on numerous occasions. 

My preference is for FULL SCREEN apps on most occasions, and I prefer that they open that way so that I don't have to make additional clicks. For example, on my computer now when I click the macOS Calendar or Mail app, both will automatically open full screen for me. I want Logos to do the same thing. 

I discovered something today which may be a key into allowing Logos to do the same thing. There is a setting in macOS which turns on or off "Close Windows When Closing An App." Here is the path: 

System Preferences > General > Close Windows When Closing An App 

When an app closes down and closes the window in the process, the app will not open in its maximized state. On the other hand, if 1) the app closes without "closing the window," and 2) the app is configured to reopen the last window, then it will open maximized. 

For demonstration purposes, if you make sure that "Close Windows When Closing An App" is unchecked, you can maximize Calendar, close it, and it will reopen maximized. Once you have verified this, you can do the same thing with Google Chrome. Do the following: 

1. Click on the Chome Menu, then "preferences" and the "on startup" tab. 
2. For the "on startup" preference, select "continue where you left off." 
3. Make sure only one chome window is open and maximize it. Open several websites in different tabs for the fun of it.
4. Close the app 
5. When it reopens, it will open maximized to the three tabs it was closed with. 

I desire for this same behavior in Logos. I have my Logos preferences set to At Startup Open To Most Recent Layout - Local. The logs indicate that Logos closes the main window... does it really need to do so? Would stopping that process allow the app to open in full screen?
