Pronunciation tool for English and Hebrew not working
I am not getting the English and Hebrew Pronunciation to work in the Factbook or the Pronunciation tool. The Greek works fine. This is on my desktop, They all work on my laptop and on the website. Both are running windows 11. I tried uninstall Logos on the desktop and reinstall it, but still only Greek works.

Please provide a screenshot of the Hebrew Pronunciation tool and upload logs after trying Hebrew/English and Greek pronunciation (use the paperclip icon to upload the zipped folder).

I have been in contact with support and this has been bumped up to tier 2 support now.
I think it is possibly a windows issue on this desktop. If I open the pronunciation tool and choose any word listed, only the Greek Modern and Erasmian work. So I hope tier 2 support can come up with a solution.

Ok.
The log file needed to be uploaded before you restarted Logos as it gets overwritten.

To clarify. You need to reproduce the use of Hebrew/English Pronunciation with logging enabled, close Logos and then upload the zipped log folder (before you restart Logos). The log file you sent has no useful information!

OK, I just started Logos by holding the ctrl key until login, then logged into Logos. Opened the Pronunciation tool, tried it again with only Greek working. Closed Logos and zipped the Logs file. I attached it for reference.0005.Logs1.zip

I was able to track down the problem, that for some reason some of the pronunciations were going to audio output A and others were going to audio output B. So i reinstalled the audio drivers and now it is working properly.
