Bug(?): 4.0c Beta 3 Resources missing - Lexham Syntax Graphs

Dave is absolutely correct but your particular issue may be due to the package you own?

What base package do you own?

If you have anything less that Scholars Silver then you do not really have the license for the resource. (I could be wrong but the following happened to me as I tried to solve the same issue) btw - Dave was a great help to me in dealing with this and many other issues.

If you have the less than Scholar's Silver the message indicating that you do "own the resource" is likely a remnant from beta testing when they allowed users to have access to unowned resources for testing purposes. 

The conclusion that I made was that the Lexham Syntactic Greek NT: Sentence Analysis (LexhamSGNTGraph.lbxclv) is not the same as the Lexham Syntax Graphs of the Greek New Testament, which was replaced by the Cascadia syntax graphs (See base package comparison chart - Original languages and tools section).

If you do own Scholar's Silver or higher then your will probably firtst need to completely remove the beta from your system. (uninstall and delete all logos folders), then reinstall the non-beta version and then call back Technical Support.

I got that far in the process and then I not longer could access the Cascadia (or Lexham Syntax graphs to get the message "You own this resource, but for some reason it is not in your library.") That is when I checked the comparison chart and saw that there were items with very similar names that were in fact not the same resources and realized that during beta testing they had given me access to the Cascadia graphs but once that was over (beta license expired) I only owned the Scholar's base package which did not include the license to the Cascadia Graphs (AKA Lexham Syntax Graphs).

The Lexham Syntax Graphs resource is different from the 4 volumes of the Lexham Syntactic Greek NT. This is very confusing and confused me until I figured it out - I think?

The Lexham Graphs resource has been replaced with the Cascadia Syntac Graphs so see if you can access that resource.You should be able to since you own Scholar's Gold.

You should be able to access these also.

The remnant/message  you are getting with the Lexham Syntax graphs is because they are old/obsolete file(s) that have been replaced with the Cascadia resources. (As Dave indicated)  See this post to delete the offending old (obsolete files).

If you cannot open the Cascadia files then you have a real problem. The on ly place to solve this will be by calling Tech support. Since you are running the beta they will not provide support for beta software so you will have to first uninstall the beta software from your machine, then delete all of the logos folders. Then you will need to install the stable version (4.0b - I think) download the big massive download and reindex. (You can get to the link for the stable version through your account or this link - http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LDLS4Installer/Logos4Setup.exe) Check to see if the files are then available Cascadia. (the clean install and removal of all logos4 folders may solve the problem - removing the folders is important) If they are not then you can now call tech support and they will now help you because you are now not using the beta version of the software.
