Connection problem between Logos9 and Mobile on new iPad Minii 6
I have installed the Mobile App (Bible) in my new iPad Mini, however, something is wrong with the connection.
I cannot select and control the download of resources from the Logos 9 Desktop as I can with my other devices. I have experienced this issue with an Android tablet also but since it was not my main Bible Study tablet, I didn't bother to report it.
The screenshots from the Logos Desktop and the Manage Mobile Devices web pages explain most of the problem.
Thanks for assisting.

I've reported this issue a couple times (different forum the first time with a different nuance), most recently here: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/202771/1180810.aspx.
I've gotten no resolution.

Greetings Lew; Yes, this is the same issue. I have tried most things before going the forum route without any success.
Tried:
- Removing and reinstalling the app
- Upgrading from release to Beta
- Installing the current Beta
- Removing then installing just the Beta
- Removing from the Devices web page
- Numerous restarts and shutdowns
The strange thing is that the App does recognize my account and will display all of my resources.
I'm reluctant to decommission my iPad Mini 5 until this issue can be figured out.
If I can gather enough dedicated time, I may attempt calling Logos directly.
Thanks,

Thanks for your feedback. Actually, I DID talk with FL (and provided log files at their request thinking that they would respond to that input). And I did decommission my phone, but it made no difference.

Hopefully, Faithlife/Logos will respond to one of the threads with a solution soon. I took a look at your thread and noticed that the conversation seems to have just dropped off.
I want to pass my iPad Mini 5 along soon but don't want to lose the ability to control the resource downloads from the desktop app.

Erwin and Lew,
Please accept my apologies. We are still investigating this issue. I am sorry that it is taking so long.
I have added this thread to the ticket we have opened for this issue.

No apology necessary. I appreciate the efforts.
Thanks, Joe!

Hi Joe;
Thanks for the status update. I, as I'm sure Lew is also, looking forward to the fix for this. Also, this is not isolated to new addition of Apple devices, the same problem has occurred with Android devices.

Indeed. As I think I mentioned elsewhere (so it's probably worth mentioning here), mine is an Android.

11/3/2021 changes on my end
I decided to remove the App from my iPad mini 5 (the one that does not have the issue), remove the device from the Logos.com device management page, and reinstall the App.
Upon reinstalling, the problem appeared (no library management from the desktop).
I had to decommission my iPad mini 5 in order to give it to my wife, so I will work with the new iPad mini 6 in hope of a fix soon.
One of the updates/upgrades within the past 2 years must have changed the app to introduce this issue.
