Search in “Collections” assistance
I need help refining my searching in “Collections” for all of my Bible Commentaries dealing with a particular Book in the Bible.
I wanted to find all the Bible Commentaries I own on the Book of Zephaniah by entering the “Rule,” “title:Zephaniah.” I found out that I also had other Bible Commentaries that were not included in this Search, some of which were in a “Series” when I used the “Rule,” “subject:Zephaniah” resulting in the addition of more Bible Commentaries.
Thank you.

Sorry but I'm not sure what you are asking
You have realised that both filters produce different results - they can be combined using a comma to separate them:
subject:zephaniah, title:zephaniah
Please clarify what further information / help you are looking for.

I found out that I also had other Bible Commentaries that were not included in this Search,
You might want to consider single-volume commentaries with a rule like:
type:bible-commentary subject:(Zephaniah, Bible-Commentaries, O.T.-Commentaries) --> you won't need title:zephaniah
Some of the O.T.-Commentaries may not contain Zephaniah, but that won't matter when you use the Collection. The Bible-Commentaries usually contain every book of the bible.

Graham & Dave,
I apologize for not making my issue clear. I believe it has to do with my lack of understanding of the rules used in searching (where, BTW, would I find such rules?).
I think, nonetheless, that I resolved my little conundrum; I did not know the use of the “comma” between specific rules.
Thank you, Brothers, for your assistance.

Logos Wiki has => Canonical Commentary Collections and Example Collections
FWIW: Removing Canonical Collection rules from my purchased Logos library reduced Collection Cache refresh time (can copy rule and paste into Library to see commentaries for a particular Bible book). Thankful for smallish demo library now sharing Canonical Collection rule documents.
Keep Smiling [:)]

See https://wiki.logos.com/Library__#Search_Fields_that_you_can_use_in_the_Find_box (and in Collections).
