WEB APP AND NASB 2020
I've noticed that on the Web App the lines between verses on NAS20 appear to be separated by big spaces. Does anyone when this will be fixed?

I can't reproduce this. Can you share your OS version, browser version, and visual filter and interlinear settings?

You can fix this by unchecking the "Inline" checkbox in the "Inline interlinear" setting for that resource.
(I'll inquire whether that setting should even be available for this resource.)

It works fine if you have a license to the reverse interlinear dataset.
The option ought to be hidden, though, if you don't. That seems like a bug.

I found this issue on my mac and on windows 10, but it now has been fixed.

An interesting phenomenon: Apparently, even if you don't own the RI for a bible, and the web app doesn't show the inline material, you can still use the Information window with that bible and the context menu seems to work with OL elements, too, at least it can start a word study. I tried this on a couple of bibles I have without the RIs.

Funny that you mentioned that. I had pre-ordered the RI for NAS20, and it finally came last night. The moment it was downloaded, the web issue got fixed.
I guess that was the problem.
