Can't find preaching mode or Factbook on Andorid

Is it possible you had access to these features via a subscription that has now lapsed?
The sermon builder - for example - requires the Silver Feature upgrade or higher (which could be enabled via a Faithlife Connect subscription)

I can't find my sermons anywhere in the mobile app, and when comparing my screen to a screenshot here I also noticed I have no Factbook under tools. I have used both of these before and they now are nowhere to be found.
Am I missing something?
I have Android. I see Factbook and Preaching Mode as the 2nd and 3rd options under the Popular section of the side menu (they're also 2nd and 3rd under the Tools section). I see Sermons as the 2nd option under the Documents section.

Fyi...I have Logos Mobile 9.8.1, and I'm running Android 9.0.

I purchased the Platinum package back in June. I've never had any subscriptions as far as I'm aware.
I've checked multiple times under each section of the menu and both are nowhere to be found. What's interesting though is that I can go to my history and find an old lesson and pull it up no problem. I just can't find preaching mode for a full list of sermons.
I am running 9.8.1 on Android 9.

So I just did a fresh install and they're back. I have no idea what initially caused this issue, but it has been resolved (sort of).
