    Greetings Christian

If you have checked the sale pages and not found it there then the only way would be to reproduce it as a personal book.

    How hard would this be?

It would be hard. To begin with, you would need the electronic text of the book. I really don't think it would work because of the special layout and formatting.

Why not just do something similar using the power of Logos?

    Here's a quick example I threw together:

Link each resource. My are all "A" link sets.

Make sure that "Corresponding Words" and "Corresponding Selection" are checked for each resource.

You could also add another translation, like the ESV, to the layout.

    Not directly from Faithlife.

You can use Text Comparison tool to compare Scrivener's TR of 1881 with the NA27; which would be close to the "Greek text underlying the ESV and other modern Bible translations" (which the site does not name). This gives the actual differences whilst the Parallel Bible highlights the essential differences, ignoring minor differences in the Greek, but incl. those parts where the KJV inserts words. You can also use the tool to compare the AV with the ESV.

You need permission to use Mark Ward's "translation". Assuming they would supply the text in a compatible digital format (without the highlighted differences), you could compile it as a Personal Book and use the Text Comparison tool to compare it with Faithlife's AV bible.
