ATTN- Kyle, version español de CO 107 and 108 as well as June Hunt resource are not linked

Kye, would you be able to help with these two issues?

- CO107 and CO108 do not show up in the counseling guide. It is hard to help track of progress without being able to use this helpful tool. I have both courses in my library, it's just that they do not show up as owned in the course tool. When this happened with other courses in the past, a note here was helpful to notify and get it resolved.

-June Hunt's 100 biblical keys on counseling, the Spanish version, does not show up in the Counseling guide when the program is in Spanish mode. Again, I own this resource and am surprised it is not being picked up in the counseling guide. That would be the obvious option. In any case, I am sure it is something easily resolved.

On a post made a while ago (I can’t find it) it ”sounded” like the Spanish department had their own development team. I don’t know how true that is, but it might explain why things don’t get done with the same level of care — which it shouldn’t happen because most of the courses in Spanish are translations of the courses in English. So all details should transfer when making the course available in any language.

When I'm in the Spanish UI, I opened the counseling guide (Guia de Consejeria) and ran a search for "Humildad".

I see results in both "Tema de consejeria" and "Libros y ostros recursos".

I did notice there were a few areas where we could expand coverage but that's a different issue.

Kyle, thank you for your thankful and thoughtful response. I do see the June Hunt resource coming up well with the entry "humildad."

I checked the TOC of this resource and I saw that enojo (anger) wasn't one of the topics the author organized their info around. Neither is anxiety (ansiedad)... In fact, it took a while to come up with a hit based on the way the book is organized. Its rarity in the results not a failing of faithlife, and especially not of you, Kyle.

I think I just expected this resource to come up more in the search results. My apologies for misunderstanding what I was seeing. I assume(d) that the contents would be incorporated thematically and that articles that touch on a theme would be incorporated, even if they are not "on the nose."

Thank you for incorporating it into the results as you, unbeknownst to me, have already done. Thanks for explaining your perspective to me in a patient way, when I obviously was unaware of what you all have done for us, the customers.

The courses are still something I would like to see in the courses tool, but all I can say is thank you for helping me to better understand the counseling guide!

This is still something we're working on. It requires the creation of new data. We'll likely have that work done in November and then we'll need to still ship the data. Depending on where the work falls in our shipping schedule that will be either early or mid-December.

We've got the data ready to go. It looks like you'll be seeing an update on or around December 7th.

Both the June Hunt resource and CO 108 will see a great deal more coverage. There wasn't much in CO 107 that fit the scope of the guide so you won't see much there.
