Print/Export Win11 L9.9.0.0011

My upgrade to Windows 11 seems to have broken my print/export (especially of Sermon Documents). Everything appears Okay until I click the “print” icon then I only get a spinning circle and no output. Logs are attached. Screenshot and logs attached.0285.Logos.zip

No error in the logs. I was able to print a sermon and the only difference I saw was "PrintsAsExported=false" in your log, where my log has "PrintsAsExported=true".

Does this printer work for other apps e.g. MS Word?

Can you Export the sermon to Word?

Dave, THANK you for looking at it! I also submitted to the Faithlife support.

Yes, the printer works in other applications. I can export to Word then print from Word, but I cannot print to "Microsoft print to PDF" or to this printer, or to another printer on the network.

The Windows 11 Cumulative update on Thursday resolved the PDF and the network printer hang-up. Updating the driver on the Canon fixed the local problem. Thank you to Dave Hooten for checking on this in the Forum and Tommy Ball who looked at it from the Faithlife Support side!
