Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Are you referring to the Inline-Interlinear menu, or something else?

I would like to open a document and create a greek filter but the only option when I select "new document" is canvas. Is this function to create a filter not available if using the web app on a Chromebook?

Not all document types are supported on app.logos.com. You can create, edit, and view Sermon and Canvas documents. You can view Bibliography, Passage List, Clippings, Reading Plan, and Word List documents.
