Updated reverse interlinears and syntax databases now available

New reverse interlinears (with full-screen display capabilities) and syntax databases (with updates and corrections) will be made available to 4.0c beta testers in the next few minutes. The LEB also has some typo corrections (see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/14593.aspx). The total download is about 1.2GB.

Don't restart Logos until the end of the work day. Logos won't index after adding resources until you restart.
Hmmm, my update is only 801.7 MB; wander what I'm missing...

Heh, mine is only 800.6MB I guess we don't qualify for the full download [;)]Kevin Becker said:Hmmm, my update is only 801.7 MB; wander what I'm missing...
More than likely, we've already got part of it and the 1.2GB includes the ones we already have.

Mine is downloading now (only 801.7mb as well). I'm glad I upgraded to the max DSL plan AT&T offers in my area last week.
EDIT: Will these new resources expire after the Beta period? I have the platinum package so will I be able to keep all of them when it goes to SR?

Can somebody please remind me how do I manage to know what resources have been downloaded once the update is finished? Thanks!
I go to my resources folder and sort it by date

These aren't new resources just Reverse Interlinear Bibles rebuilt to support new features, you'll keep them when 4.0c goes golden.

My wife says that if I put my shoes on, sit up straight in the chair and politely sip from my coffee cup that I look very sophisticated reviewing my resources folder.

This is correct; the ESV, KJV, and Apostolic Fathers reverse interlinears that shipped with Beta 1 have not been updated since then.

I don't suppose one of these is the NASB? That's the one I want the revint display in.

Thomas,
According to Dominic's screenshot, the NASB is one of the updates (I've been waiting on that one too, like you)

Whoo boy, I stared at that screen shot before I wrote it, but until you responded I didn't realize that RVI_NASBNT and RVI_NASBOT meant Reverse Interlinear NASB OT/NT.

I wait for someone else to post it in the forums. Works great with minimal effort. [:D]

Downloaded the other 24 files. Indexing only took about 30 minutes. But it was a supplemental index. I will probably wait until Saturday to rebuild the whole index again. Or is that necessary, or even beneficial?

Dave Hooten told me on another thread that it was not necessary to rebuild the index in order to eliminate the supplemental.
